For large lighting fixtures such as ceiling chandeliers, we will use sea freight to safely deliver them to your doorstep, which will take approximately 30-35 days from the time you place your order.

If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge (we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products).
